WEIGHING IN

Weighing In is a study in miscommunication. This interactive audio sculpture invites the participant to push controls buttons in a sequential manner. First the chair will say “enter your memory number” and it will continue to instruct the viewer about how to interface with it.  After the spectator follows the instructions, the chair will announce your weight (in kilos). It will continue to compute whether or not the participant gained or lost weight depending on who selected that memory number.
