Kathleen Laziza has decades of experience as a public speaker for artists as she once lobbied the halls of Congress with notables like actor Alec Baldwin for the NEA to continue their individual artists grants; we failed our approach but we never gave up speaking for America cultural aspirations. She went on to inspire an tourism center in Brooklyn’s Borough Hall along with renovating the neighborhood Boerum Hill by inventing cultural tourism initiations; including Brooklyn Cultural Circuit, Brooklyn Dance Consortium and Kids Press Magazine. Her business training includes NYC Arts and Business Council programs, Brooklyn Economic Development Corp, The US and Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce and as a fellow of the Columbia University’s Art Leadership Institue through Teacher’s College.
